Yesterday, I went here to pick up my glasses and sunglasses, and I was assisted by a gentleman named Charles. He was the only sales associate on the floor, but he was doing an amazing job assisting not only me, but several other customers as well. He made sure everyone was taken care of, answered questions, and was very attentive throughout the entire experience. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Charles definitely deserves recognition for the way he handled everything while making sure every customer felt valued. Thank you, Charles, for making my experience such a great one!

My experience with LensCrafters was extremely disappointing. When I first went to pick up my glasses, I immediately noticed that they were damaged. The staff acknowledged the issue and sent them back for a replacement. While I appreciated that they replaced them, that should never have happened in the first place. Unfortunately, the replacement pair turned out to be just as problematic. Less than two weeks after receiving them, I noticed the lenses developing a noticeable yellow tint. At first I thought it might be lighting, but the discoloration became so obvious that I can now see the yellowing without even putting the glasses on. For a product that costs as much as prescription glasses do, I expected significantly better quality control and materials. Lenses should not visibly discolor in less than two weeks of normal use. Between receiving damaged glasses initially and then having the replacement lenses yellow almost immediately, I have lost confidence in the quality of the products being sold here.
Jeff and Alexis are AWESOME!!! Wonderful customer service. I will always return to this location. I love my new 2 pair of glasses. Whether its going in to have glasses adjusted (Jeff 💙) or taking 2 hours to pick fames (ALEXIS 🩷) These 2 employees are the Best!!!
I went in for my yearly checkup and found that I didn't really need a new prescription. Instead of trying to sell me new frames, the fellow (I believe his name was Charles) readjusted my old frame and make them fit like new again. I'd highly recommend LensCrafters in Glen Burnie to everyone.
Yesterday I went to this location in Pasadena and at first I was a little frustrated because I was late. Not their fault, of course, but the person on the phone let me know that I could come in the very next hour. When you first walk in the store you will notice it is very beautiful and modern. You will be greeted and asked if you are there for an exam and then escorted to the waiting area to sign in. Then you do one eye exam with the tech and then another with the actual doctor. Dr. Christina Tang was very personable and patient with me as we progressed through the exam. Then I spent a decent amount of time walking around, looking at the frames and they had very beautiful choices to choose from at all different price points. When it was all said and done, I did spend a good amount of money on my FSA card, but for me, it’s all worth it in the end because being able to see and not having tired eyes is a priority for me. Also, the optician McKenzie was excellent and a joy to work with! Honestly, the whole experience was a lot quicker I remember at other stores. I have no complaints!
