Bay Hills Eye Care is a great local practice. Dr. Frankford is thorough, kind, and really takes the time to explain things clearly. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, and the whole visit feels easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!
The Bay Hills Eye Care team was fantastic. Their internal office workflow smoothly moved me from station to station for my various eye tests with expert efficiency. Everyone is both friendly and professional, and honest and clear. Dr. Frankford showed me my eye scans with clear explanations and identified a meaningful solution for my vision challenges. Tiffany was a master at helping me find frames. She was exceedingly patient and helped me find the best pair of glasses that fit both style and comfort without making me feel pressured into buying any one pair. I would recommend anyone at any stage of eye care to come here.
I had a great experience getting my eyes checked out and fitted for new glasses. All the ladies were very professional and nice. The doctor was very thorough and the technology in office was pretty impressive. Excited to get my new specs! Thank you to all the staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the Annapolis area.
This was my first experience at Bay Hills Eye Care. I was immediately welcomed by each staff member that I encountered and more than happy with the exam and the quality of the equipment. I will return for ongoing eye care.
Dr Goerdetchi is the Best! She is very professional, kind and caring; and gently explained the process and results of my current examination compared to a year ago on her monitor so I could clearly observe and compare the changes in my eye as she explained everything. The visuals and detailed explanation was very helpful to me. At the end of my appointment she asked if I had any questions, and expressed that I could call her thru the office anytime if I had any concerns otherwise. I was very comfortable and satisfied with Dr Goerdetchi and have been with all my visits. Her outgoing personality is uplifting 🌷 and likewise the tech and front desk staff are very efficient, friendly and professional. 🏆 I am very happy with this office in Arnold 🏆
