I strongly recommend Dr. Allan Rutzen and his practice. I trust them with my vision and my family care. He is an expert in his field, yet he and his team made me feel like I was the most important person. Dr. Rutzen is thoughtful and polite. He took the time to explain his findings clearly in terms I understood, and made himself available for any follow-up questions I might have. Following the procedure, in the early evening, he phoned me to check-up and asked if I had any questions. My vision improved dramatically as a result of his care. The Rutzen Eye office staff has a shared value for treating patients with this same level of care. Everyone I spoke with and observed were polite, kind, and respectful to me and the other patients. The technicians were obviously well trained, and they too took the time to explain their equipment and procedures. The equipment is modern, the office clean, and the staff are respectful and friendly. I felt heard, respected, and confident with the entire experience. I am thoroughly satisfied with the professional care provided by Rutzen Eye.

The Rutzen eye office is the best. Getting an appointment is easy and they can quickly accommodate emergencies. All of the staff are super friendly, it feels like they all welcome you into the office. Each person from the receptionists, aids, and doctors are very kind. I always feel listened to and that they have a solid plan for my care. The office is also aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend!

I am disappointed to report that the back office and administrative team lack organization, resulting in inadequate services that I would not recommend. To address this, they must develop efficient systems for managing appointment scheduling and provide a high-quality experience for clients. Patients rightfully expect a well-organized and professional environment when attending appointments. Regrettably, this practice fails to deliver satisfactory services, from the initial phone call to the appointment itself. The fact that appointments are easily scheduled is a consequence of a decline in patient retention. Moreover, this practice struggles to keep pace with technological advancements and provide adequate customer service. To resolve this, the staff necessitates comprehensive training to handle patient interactions effectively, or else consider shutting down operations.

The absolute BEST!! I’ve been coming here for several years and they get better and better. I called on Friday morning for an issue, the receptionist fit me in without hesitation! Dr Francomacaro, Diana and Heather were all amazing! They were so kind, empathetic and compassionate! I was so stressed when I called in. However, once I walked in, they put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands. I am so grateful for everything the staff did to accommodate me during a time of need! Thank you, you are appreciated!

We were very impressed with the level of care and competence from the providers we saw. Our exam was incredibly thorough and all of our questions were answered. Scheduling and billing staff were also responsive and professional.
