I had a great experience at the LensCrafters in Livonia! Everyone was nice and friendly. They took time to help me pick out the perfect glasses for me. I will definitely go back when I need a new pair of glasses.

I purchased Nuance "hearing" glasses and was having trouble pairing them (even with calling customer service). Andreana was so helpful and patient. She got them paired for me and has been so supportive all the way. She wants to make sure these glasses work for me and is even going to call me in a week to see how I'm doing with them. I highly recommend her and these glasses!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at LensCrafters in Laurel Park Place! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. As a first-time glasses wearer, I was a little nervous, but Andreana, Mahasen, and Tameka made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and help me find the perfect pair of glasses. Their patience and expertise truly stood out. What impressed me even more was how amazing they were with my 8-year-old son. They made him feel special and confident, affectionately calling him “Superman” and turning what could have been an ordinary appointment into a fun and memorable experience. Their ability to connect with children is truly a gift. And to top it all off, they even called me “Snow White,” which brought such a smile to my face! It’s those personal touches that make all the difference. The positive energy, teamwork, and overall morale in this office are exceptional. You can tell this team genuinely enjoys what they do and truly cares about their patients. I’ve never been to this location before, purely first impression review. I needed the arm of my glasses fixed so my lens would stop popping out, the ladies greeted me as soon as I walked in and assisted me. My glasses were repaired in no time and the three ladies that I spoke to Mahasen, Tamika, Andreana were very mannerly and informative. This location is slightly farther than previous LensCrafters I’ve patronized, but because of the kind air and professionalism I made an appointment for my yearly eye exam right then and there. I appreciated the help and kindness. It both made me want to give them my business and got me on my way quickly!
