Optometrist Inside LensCrafters

I rarely leave reviews but this store went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and helped me out with my frames in a pinch. Shout out to Donna. Don’t take your glasses for granted!! The whole staff was great choosing my lenses and fittings.

My experience at this location was excellent start to finish. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. The office the manager so helpful and kind. My appointment was on time no wait and also no rush I loved that. The variety of glasses here was great. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

This location has the worst staff you could ever come across. It is borderline alarming the level of incompetence of everyone working there. Except for Dr. Marylynn Athis whom is very nice tho and she is great at her job, but everyone else is a nightmare. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for my contacts prescription because apparently nobody knows how to get it to me via email. I have called numerous times and every person I speak to is worse than the previous one. Nobody knows how to do their job, I will call corporate but I’m not very optimistic it will get resolved. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Athis is fantastic! She takes her time, makes sure you feel heard, and explains everything clearly. Donna was wonderful as well; she helped me choose frames I never would have picked on my own, and I love them! The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Thanks again, ladies!

Dr. Athis, Donna and the rest of the LensCrafters Team great. They explained the examination process thoroughly as well as the different options available in selection which eyewear to choose. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
