Great experience here today! Pre test was great and the lady I worked with was equally great! MD was amazing! Michelle who helped me pick out glasses was helpful without being pushy! When I asked for her suggestions, she was so nice and gave honest opinions! And conversation while checking out was great! The selection is on point too! All different price points and they don’t push you to buy the most expensive glasses! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful experience! Hannah was a fabulous eye doctor and took great care of both my son and me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made our visit fun and comfortable. Bakri was also incredibly helpful and friendly. He took the time to help me pick out a new pair of sunglasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend this office!

I had a wonderful experience at this location today. I came in looking for a very specific replacement item, and even though they didn't have it on the sales floor, the team went completely out of their way to find exactly what I needed. The staff here are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about helping people. A quick visit completely made my day. I cannot recommend this store enough - excellent customer service!

I have never written a review but I brought in a pair of ray bans that had been stepped on after a few other places told me they couldn't be fixed. Caitlin was super kind and was able to fix them right away, they look good as new. Thank you so much!!

I recently came into LensCrafters in Amherst to get a prescription glasses and met with Bakri one of your associates . He provided my wife and I outstanding care and advice on the product . Very patient and customer friendly individual. I have been as customer of yours in the past and this was my wife’s first trip here and she was impressed with the showroom and the service . She decided on purchasing sunglasses Versace had she like them a lot . All of your team members are polite and courteous not just Bakri. Thank you Bakri for your patience with us.
