Location, facility and customer service were all very good. Quality frames available. Why I'm really driven to place a review is the patience and skillful application of the exam. By far the best performing lenses I've ever used.

Lydia the Optometrist is fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Highly Recommend her. Heather was also a tremendous help and was a pleasure to work with. Great experience here as always.
My only experience is with Lenscrafters in Warrington, PA (Valley Square). The eye exam was terrific, the optometrist answered all my questions. Absolutely everything went south from there. The glasses I selected were incredibly expensive despite my Humana insurance. Unhappy, but in a rush, I bought them anyway ($260 /pair after insurance). I then took my prescription, sent it to an on-line nationwide supplier, bought backup regular and sunglasses, paid less than 40% of what I was charged at Lenscrafters (now with no insurance) and received the glasses in six days. Still no sign of my Lenscrafters glasses. Finally, three and a half weeks after my exam I called Lenscrafters and was told my glasses had been ready for pickup for two weeks. I was informed that I had been notified via text. That was simply false. I had received three texts from Lenscrafters about my appointment but none about my glasses being ready for pickup. During the same period, I received seventeen (literally) emails from Lenscrafters urging me to buy more glasses at 50% off or requesting that I review their performance on my original visit. This is my response to their request for a review. In my experience Lenscrafters Valley Square has combined adequate optometry with very high cost, incompetent supply chain operations and a stunningly indifferent store staff. The business model has apparently been successful since they seem to be on every street corner these days. Nonetheless, I will shop in the used glasses bin at the Goodwill store before I will return to Lenscrafters Valley Square in Warrington, PA.
I had the pleasure of working with Heather both over the phone and in store. She was extraordinarily helpful and articulated very clearly the pricing for ordering contact lenses both in the annual and 6 month supply. She explained the breakdown of pricing including insurance coverage and rebates, provided me with an updated prescription, and ordered my supplies. For some reason Kathleen just took over the finalization of my purchase which I wouldn’t mention except her name is now showing up on my receipt. Heather asked her to just scroll to the bottom to complete the transaction but it seems like Kathleen did more than that. If your store tracks sales by employee number I would look into that, I went back specifically because Heather did an amazing job doing 99% of the communication and then Kathleen came over and insisted she ring me out so Heather could do something else for her. Again had Heathers name been on the receipt I wouldn’t even bother mentioning this. The optometrist was wonderful as well she really took the time to understand my vision needs and even provided a referral for some underlying issues I’ve been having. Also the tech who did my pre-exam stuff was also very very friendly and patient while getting pictures of my eyes taken.
Kate adjusted 4 paid of my RatBans and did an awesome job! She’s so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store and ask for Kate. Thanks,Kate!
