I visited store today, Hafiz took good care of us assisted selecting the frame, help us through whole process from start to end. Best service compared to near by stores. Definitely recommend it store and Hafiz!!
Derek, Leanna, and Tony were AMAZING! I broke my glasses after accidentally sitting on them and they helped fix them up within 15 min. They were all super friendly and helpful!! I thought I was going to have to get new glasses, but Tony and Derek helped tweak them to look brand new again.
This is the best glasses location I’ve ever been to! Dr. Mekouar was so kind and gentle. She was extremely informative, and walked me through each step of the process. Hafiz, the Licensed Team Lead, was extremely communicative, patient, kind, and helpful. He had an amazing attitude, and is a very genuine individual that wants to help you in anyway he can. He even took the time to deep clean my glasses. Aaliya was also a fantastic help! She guided me well through the pre assessment and answered all the questions I had. 100/10 would come back here! Definitely join this team, you won’t regret it!
Visited the branch for a pair of sunglasses today, and was assisted by Hafiz. He’s exceptionally professional and helpful even when juggling multiple guests and requests at the same time. He has great recommendations for everyone no matter what they’re looking for, and is very personable. The store had a good selection for glasses of all kinds as well. Will be back!
Hafiz provided superb service. I was originally looking for a pair of glasses that were unfortunately not available at this location, but he helped find a better alternative and walked me through all of the choices for lenses. Really patient guy and I appreciate his service
