Of course the frames and lenses are great; it’s Lenscrafters! What makes us keep returning for all of our optical needs, is the amazing staff. Carla and Enrica both represent the company well. Personable, helpful, informative, cordial and both possess create senses of humor. What A pleasure it is to shop and feel like you’re being welcomed like a member of the family. The environment they both create makes the experience pleasurable and will keep us as customers for many years to come! I absolutely love getting my glasses and sunglasses from LensCrafters inside Macy’s in Flushing. Every time I visit, Karla, the manager, makes the experience amazing. She greets everyone warmly and you can truly see the passion she has for helping customers. Karla always takes the time to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make a huge difference. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I recently got my new blue light vision glasses and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve made such a difference when I’m working on my computer or using my phone, giving my eyes much less stress throughout the day. Thank you, Karla, for always providing such great service. This is definitely my go-to place for glasses and sunglasses!

Amazing experience all around, received an eye exam and bought a frame with the help of the best: Carla!!! She walked me through multiple lens options and found the best price for me while also making the experience fun for my group. Appreciate Dr. Liang Ge for taking me as a walk-in and Rudolf for assisting as well. So thankful for this great team!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters! Eric was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process of buying my glasses. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find the right frames, and made sure they fit perfectly. His customer service truly went above and beyond, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and especially Eric if you’re looking for great service when purchasing glasses!

I was assisted by Rudolph immediately after spending the day wearing glasses without a screw and working with computers. Excellent excellent service! He helped me right away and did an amazing job in fixing my glasses ! 100/100
