Juwan was the best technician I have ever experienced with eyeglasses. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He exactly where to go to find the frames I was looking for. Juwan thoroughly explained all the features I wanted and gave me a great price on frames and lenses. Highly recommend!

Went in 5/13/26 for an eye exam and ordered glasses. Was told about 2 weeks for them to come in. Came in on 5/22/26 and was told the glasses were not in but they had been shipped (lie 1) and would be there 5/27/26. Went in on 5/27/26 and was told the glasses were not in but had been shipped (lie 2) and that the system doesnt tell them when the glasses will come in (lie 3) but should be here any day. Received a voice mail 5/28/26 telling me the glasses had not yet shipped and were still being worked on at the lab, promise date of 6/3/26. Went in today, 6/4/26 and the glasses are not here. Was told new promise date was now 6/10/26. I asked to cancel my order and was told I could not cancel my order until the glasses have arrived (lie 4). Was told they would call the lab to see what the delay was, and call me with more info. They left me a voicemail with no info and to call them back. I called back and was told the frames I wanted (which i was twice told were already shipped) were back ordered but the lab has them now and is planning on shipping them... 6/10/26. I asked to cancel my order and was told I have to be in the store to do that. Beyond frustrated, beyond inconvenienced at this point, and am done being lied to. Go someplace else. 6/18/26 Edit: Went in on 6/13/26, surprise surprise, glasses still had not shipped. Cancelled my order. Ordered the same glasses on glasses.com (for cheaper might i add) on 6/14/26. They arrived today 6/18/26. 5 day turnaround. You lost a customer Lenscrafters.

After my appointment got cancelled at Elgin Family Eye Care due to incompetent front desk staff I decided to book an appt with LensCrafters. It was very easy to book an appt that worked best with my schedule, and they were extremely friendly on the phone while booking which was a plus! I got to my appt, I was greeted immediately and didn’t wait long to be seen. Kyle was doing my prep, very nice and easy going. Made me chuckle a few times. Definitely made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t nervous. ( I hate going to the eye dr btw) The dr was extremely thorough, did not rush. Asked me if I had any questions, which made me feel very seen as a patient. Her professionalism was awesome. Next I was then working with Juwan. He was very friendly, helped me pick out glasses with another worker there. Ensured I was billed correctly per my insurance. Gave me price breakdowns and the benefits of each lenses and what will be best suited for me. I would give this staff a 10/10. Made me feel so important, and cared for. They truly do care about their patients and go above and beyond. I won’t go to any other place again. My search is over. Thank you!

Went into the store to purchase glasses. Everything was fine. They called and stated the glasses were delayed. That was fine. Then communications stopped. when I called the first time, they stated the glasses shipped and would be ready in a couple days. I waited three days and called again and they stated that the glasses just shipped that day. Very frustrating communication was nonexistence. I had to follow up really and overall terrible experience.

Amazing experience! Been coming for years and have not had any complaints.The staff makes you feel welcome! Highly recommend working with Juwan he is very attentive and helpful.
