Optometrist Inside Pearle Vision

While the doctor’s side of Pearle Vision was positive and I give them 5 stars, the optical side for ordering contacts and lenses is very poor. I should have walked away when Rulene asked me to sit down at her counter and waited a few minutes while she finished her personal phone call with a friend or family member. I ordered $465 in contacts for a year on 7.15.26. Three weeks later, I'd not heard anything from Pearle about my order. I called multiple times, but they never answered the phone. When I finally got through, they told me my order was not in, but it was scheduled to arrive on 8.12.26. The date passed, and still no contact from Pearle, so I called multiple times again, but got no answer. I had to leave a voicemail to request a cancellation and refund for my purchase on 8.20.26. I called multiple times again on 8.21.26 to confirm they had canceled and refunded my order, and when I finally got a hold of someone, I was told to come into the store to process the refund in person. I went in to get my refund, then placed my order at Sam’s Club on 8.21.6 and received it today on 8.25.26. Pearl Vision couldn't fill my order in 4 weeks, but Sam's Club did it in 4 days. I'll gladly go to Pearle for their vision exams, but I'll never order my contacts and glasses with them ever again. Highly disappointed in their unprofessional customer service, lack of product delivery, and zero communication.

This is a great location. No waiting for appointments and the atmosphere is so modern and beautifully laid out., with a nice selection of glasses. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. Rylene was wonderful, she was patient, helped me pick out the glasses that suited me, explained all my options. I know I will be going to this location for all my eyeglasses.

Rulene, the Optician who has assisted me since my first visit, is absolutely wonderful at her job! She is attentive, she always provides top-of-the-line service, and she gives me a feeling of warmth and comfort knowing my requests will be handled with the utmost care, and to my satisfaction. I don't know about other Pearle Vision locations, but I trust and would recommend the Frankfort, IL location to anyone looking for vision experts.

The eye doctor has been phenomenal! He really took his time doing a thorough eye exam for my two daughters. The staff is very cordial upon arrival and provides quality service.
