I went into the shreveport located to see if i could get my prescription put into a a pair of regular frames. I was greeted by Ms. Haley and she was such a great help! Very professional and knowledgable. She made the process very easy. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back to get another pair!
Mrs. Haley was phenomenal!! I could not find a pair I liked at first. I couldn’t find the one that “fit my face”. Mrs. Haley immediately found a pair that I LOVED. The entire staff were consistent and friendly. From start to finish I was taken care of.
I paid $118 and left with nothing but an eye exam and being told I need eye drops. I’m still confused on what I even paid for I couldn’t get my glasses. It was gonna be an extra $60 that I didn’t have. I was so upset. It’s being advertised as 2 pairs for $79 plus a free eye exam but I paid $79 for no glasses and an eye exam and another $39 for a dry eye exam that THEY recommended just to be told I need over the counter eye drops when the $39 I spent for them to tell me that I could’ve spent on said eye drops. I don’t recommend here. It was a waste of time and money. I feel taken advantage of. :(
I broke BOTH pairs of my glasses. My original pair & my backups. ON A SUNDAY!!!! & I haven’t had contacts in forever. So I called the first place I knew that was open. They got me in right away, they even did another new eye exam for really cheap and also River, the consultant that was helping me, was so kind and so sweet and so personable, and he even gave me some discounts on my lenses that he did not have to give me. I was driving blind yall but walked out with a pair of contacts (at no charge) with 2 pair of glasses for the price of 1 & also 6 months worth of contacts. All under $600 INCLUDING the exam! Which is GREAT if you have bad eyes like me & need all the bells & whistles! THANK YOU RIVER!!!!!
