My representative that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable of the products and procedures available. She seemed to go out of her way to assist me in finding the correct lenses and frames for me. While I waited for the glasses to be made I listened to her with her next customer. She did the same with them. Elizabeth gets 5 stars!

It is one of the more affordable and fast places in town. We go here often for that reason. There is a good selection of frames . Thru have men's, women's, children's, sunglasses, and even a value section. The employees are not generally certified opticians and I get very little help from them when trying to select frames. It's more of a self serve on the the frames, then they ring you up for the commission. I've never had an issue with the quality of glasses. Over the years my family has bought dozens. Single vision is usual ready in an hour, but if it's a bifocal might be a little longer...

Fast friendly service!!! Just left again and OMG Cassie is amazing. The way she multi tasks while working is phenomenal. She definitely deserve praise and recognition because customer service nowadays suck at a lot of places. She took my glasses that I received in August to the back to have them checked and adjusted them for me. We need more people in the world who love their job.
