Optometrist Inside Target Optical

This was my first time visiting the Target Optical Store and I was very surprised with the selection. The associate Tori was so helpful in assisting me in choosing frames and I appreciate she let me take my time. Also she was amazing and worked out an issue with my insurance. I didn’t realize my insurance uses a separate provider for optical and she patiently tried several until she found the correct sub-provider.

It had been at least 6 years since my last eye exam. I scheduled with Target. I was a little apprehensive about the tele-optometry exam, but let me tell you that it was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The Team was amazing! They took their time with me. It was not rushed at all. Harvey walked me through what to expect as he assisted in gathering the digital images needed prior to the exam. Dr. Edelbi made the Telehealth appointment feel personal and she was very thorough. Kaiya spent one on one time assisting me in picking out frames and even drew me a graphic to explain progressive lenses. I sincerely think is the place to go to get the very best exam! 100% recommend!

I recently visited Target Optical for an eye exam and new lenses, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My eye exam was completed by Kayla Ann, who was an absolute delight to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and funny, which helped make me feel comfortable during the visit. I was very nervous about the exam, but her warm personality and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease. After my exam, Kiaya assisted me with selecting the perfect lenses. She carefully took all of my measurements, explained my options, and made sure my glasses fit comfortably. Her patience and expertise were greatly appreciated. Mr. Harvey was also wonderful. He greeted customers with a smile and maintained a positive, welcoming attitude throughout my visit. His kindness did not go unnoticed. Overall, the entire team provided exceptional customer service. I truly enjoyed my visit, and all three team members were amazing. I highly recommend Target Optical to anyone in need of an eye exam or new glasses. It’s always a good atmosphere when you walk into the optical dept. Tori was with a customer when I walked in and she greeted me and told me that she’ll be right with me. Also giving her current customers her undivided attention and also making sure that they chose the right frames. She is always upbeat, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I love doing business at this location. I will be back again soon as always.

I went in and picked up my glasses this afternoon, but the girl working did not want to correctly adjust my glasses as she was too busy wanting to get back to her telephone. Within an hour or so my glasses started to slip on my face, eventually fell off and scratched my lens. When I picked them up I was explaining to her what was going to happen. Now I have a brand new pair of $500+ glasses with a scratched lens, which still don't fit correctly. I was wanting to avoid having to go back for this adjustment but now might have to wait for me lenses, and / or frames. RIDICULOUS!!!
