I got my new glasses with Jorvy and it was a great experience. He gave me many options of frames and was very clear about prices and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Definitely recommend!
Jorvy Mammen handled my new prescription for regular glasses and sunglasses. He’s excellent with the customer and did a really good job in ordering and fitting. Raise his salary!
Martin is really nice though, he did my exam. They gave me this bug-eyed look when I, a glasses-wearer, asked about getting contacts. Had to schedule another appointment to do that. The day before the appointment, Target reached out to me 4 times, all from different phone numbers asking me to confirm my appointment. I ended up cancelling that appointment over the phone and the employee who answered was very short with me. I wouldn't recommend this location.
A good friend referred me to the Target optic store to get new glasses. The experience I had was top-notch, very, very friendly staff, always done in a timely manner, no wait time, and lots of felt choosing the correct frame. I highly recommend!!
Jorvy assisted me in the Optical department in placing an order for new eyeglasses. He was very courteous and helpful.
