I came in to get some new prescription glasses at the South Elgin Target store. I was quickly greeted by a nice lady named Becky. She was awesome and helped me pick out some nice frames. The whole process was quick and painless. The whole experience was great and I got a new pair of nice looking specs! Thank you Becky!!
We had a great experience! Becky especially was extremely patient and helpful when it came to me taking forever to pick out some frames. She helped me go through all our cost options and assisted us figuring out the best one for us!
I have the best experience here with Geneva and Taylor! I came in with my lens that popped out and it literally took them two seconds to put it back together and they cleaned it! 10/10 would definitely recommend coming in for their service!
My favorite pair of frames are being discontinued and weren’t available at South Elgin but Taylor and Geneva were so kind and helpful by calling multiple different Target Optical locations to have them shipped out for me. I am excited and relieved to be able to get one of the last few! They saved me from a long drive and the headache of finding new frames.
My son, my mom and I had a wonderful experience today! Geneva did a fantastic job helping us pick out glasses. We walked away with a great experience.
