I can't tell you enough how much I love these girls at this shop! Always so helpful and accommodating. I've walked in on multiple occasions to look at glasses or ask questions and they are always willing to help me in between their scheduled patients. I tried another Target optical shop due to location but I will happily be driving back to this one because they are just the best

Stopped in at Target Optical in Greenwood, and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and efficiency of the assistant store manager Emily. She knew exactly what to do to get me the right prescription set up with my new prescription Ray Ban lenses, as well as the best discount available. We will definitely return to the store due to Emily's positivity and friendliness.

This was my first time dealing with Target Optometry. I was able to get an appointment in a short, reasonable amount of time. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early and walked around looking at glasses to kill time. During this time, I couldn't help but notice how well the staff took care of other customers. It was a pleasant surprise when they called my name, no waiting past my appointment time. The Doctor was friendly and professional. This was not my first time seeing an eye doctor so I kind of knew what to expect. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She examined my eyes and I was done in a decent amount of time. The entire staff was awesome but the person whom I spent the most time with, picking out glasses, was Tommy. He is a people person. He knows his job very well and made me feel like a valued customer. There's a lot of places out there that examine eyes and sell glasses. But for me, searching for the place with outstanding customer service at a good price is over. I will continue using this location for my eye care.
