Tamera S. did a really good job at assisting me and the customer before me. She was friendly funny, and she knew what to do. I was having. A pretty rough day, but her kind words made it a bit better.

Dr. Moore and Her Assistant were incredible! Friendly, patient and impeccably informative! A homerun experience. The front desk team were outstanding especially, My total time for a comprehensive exam and to pick and purchase glasses was 1hour. Price point worked for the glasses. But it was a great experience. I have already booked my wife an appointment.

My experience was pleasant from the moment I entered Optical Department. I was greeted with a smile and asked if I was there for an appointment, which I was. The gentleman explained to me that I would need to complete two documents, and the doctor would be with me shortly. After a few minutes, I was greeted by Daija who led me through some testing. Upon completion, the doctor was ready for me. She introduced herself to me and we began delightful conversation as I shared how I chose Target Optical for my eye exam. After all of the testing was completed, Dr. Moore explained my results and offered to answer any questions. She walked me out to the counter to receive my written prescription and pay for my exam and contacts. We hugged while saying goodbye and I was so grateful for the time she spent thoroughly explaining all of the details of my eye care. I will recommend Dr. Shondra Moore to all of my family, friends, and colleagues in and around Baton Rouge.

I’m giving Dr.Moore 5 stars. She is amazing and helpful. She’s very sweet as well which makes the visit pleasant. The lady who does the pre exam is awful. She is very rude, not personable and not friendly. Dr.Moore made up for the experience I had with her. I will definitely be back to see her.
