Premier Eyecare & Optical

I've been going to Dr Thai at the Baton Rouge location of Premier Eyecare and Optical for five years now, and it's always been a pleasant experience from start to finish. The front desk staff, assistants, and Dr Thai himself go out of their way to make you feel welcome and informed, and they're always incredibly patient (which was particularly helpful when I was struggling with contact lenses for the first time!) and knowledgeable. The office itself is always clean and tidy, though the parking can get a little cramped at peak hours. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes in the lobby, and my actual exams are usually prompt and thorough. Highly recommend.

Very caring about the patients ! They were also very informative about everything that was happening with my son . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone !

Staff were fast and efficient moving patients from station to station, but completely lacked interpersonal and customer service skills. The experience felt cold and impersonal. To make matters worse, the final fee was more than double what the front desk originally quoted. Very disappointing.

Dr. Thai does an amazing job of keeping you “in the know” with what’s going on with your eyes. The staff here is very pleasant and thorough throughout the entire process of your visit! The environment is refreshing, welcoming, and exceeds any expectations that you may have! 10/10!
