I had such a great experience at The Vision & Eye Center on Sherwood and highly recommend it to anyone in need of an eye exam! The clinic itself has a cozy and efficient layout, which makes everything feel easily accessible and gives it a more personal touch. Lori at the front desk was incredibly helpful—she was the only one handling check-ins, checkouts, and everything in between, yet she still made sure to give each patient the attention they needed. JD, the tech who assisted me, was extremely professional and informative. He explained every step of the process in detail, making sure I understood why each test was done. His thorough approach gave me confidence that everything was well-documented, even if I forgot to mention something. And then there’s Dr. Joey Carnaggio—just an awesome doctor all around. The moment he walks in, it feels like you’re catching up with an old friend. He makes the exam feel relaxed and natural while still being thorough and professional. He also offers innovative insights into eye care, contact lenses, and glasses, tailoring his advice to each patient’s needs. This clinic is a gem, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Before this proper eye care office I was going to Target vision, and that was a nightmare of poor scheduling and understaffing. The staff here is incredible and are always nice and helpful. Dr. Joe is well learned and funny.
