Optometrist Inside Target Optical

I had a great experience at Target Optical in College Point. Marwa, the store manager, was amazing and helped me with everything from start to finish. She was patient, professional, and took her time checking my insurance and explaining my options clearly. Dr. Bernstein was also excellent. The exam was thorough, and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I ended up getting RayBan sunglasses and prescription sunglasses and I’m really happy with the quality. I definitely recommend this location.

I have been coming to Target Optical for about 10 years, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding employees: Jarvis and Eleanor. Jarvis has always provided exceptional service. Because I wear my glasses low on my nose, measuring my prescription can be a little more challenging, but he is always patient, thorough, and incredibly skilled. He takes his time to make sure everything is done correctly, and I have complete confidence in his work. His professionalism and attention to detail are a big part of why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. I also want to recognize Eleanor. She is warm, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. Whenever I'm choosing new frames, I always ask her opinion because I know she'll be honest. She tells me what looks good, what doesn't, and often suggests frames I wouldn't have considered. I truly appreciate her honesty and her eye for style. Together, Jarvis and Eleanor create an outstanding customer experience. They make every visit enjoyable, and they consistently go above and beyond to help their customers. I hope Target Optical's management recognizes what tremendous assets these two employees are. They are the kind of people who inspire customer loyalty, and they deserve to be acknowledged for their excellent work. Amazing experience at Target Optical College Point. Marwa the Store Manager was truly the best of the best. She helped me and my family with everything choosing the right glasses, checking our insurance, and making the whole process smooth and easy.
