I went to Dr Frazier, at the vision center, in Walmart’s but because I had purchased vision insurance and Walmart didn’t except my insurance I took my prescription to another vision center here in Neosho. When I picked them up I tried to tell them that I thought something was wrong with them and they wouldn’t listen to me. They told me that my eyes needed to adjust to the new prescription. Shortly afterwards I started having severe pain in my lower back and was unable to work so my pain became my main focus, but I kept trying to wear those glasses and never could. After 4 months I finally started to feel better and I took those glasses to Walmart vision center and Dr Frazier looked at them and said they weren’t the prescription he had written for. Nicole, the store manager, went out of her way to help me. She called the other place and told them that the prescription they put in my glasses was completely wrong. The next day when I went to return those glasses to.the other store, instead of apologizing they told me it was my fault for having the prescription filled at another store from where I had my eye exam. I was furious!!! I finally got a refund of my money but it was a hassle. If I had mad a big mistake I would be apologetic not blame the customer.
