I’ve Been getting glasses here for about 8 years now and the staff has always been very friendly. They’ll give you suggestions if you don’t know what looks well or is comfortable like they did with my dad. Got my glasses fixed through a warranty twice and that went well too.

Walmart Vision in New Berlin is top notch. Excellent service especially the the optician Shannon. She knew what I wanted before I did and she insured all the fitting parameters were perfect.
My best friend has been going there over 10 yrs, so I went and I highly recommend, Dr. Wahi and Dawn are great, even with some not so fun news I left there with positive vibes thank you ladies.
Dr. Wahi was great. Also Dawn was very helpful in picking out glasses and everyone was super nice. I would recommend everyone give them a try for glasses.
This establishment should be investigated and shut down. Three times trying to get my new glasses right. Wrong prescription set into glasses then 2nd time, cracked the frame. Third time messed up the bifocal placement. Demanded money back, which I got after 3ed attempt. Wife's glasses never fit correctly either. While I was there another customer was filing a complaint with the front desk. Called and reported to insurance company as I had to have their prescription voided so I could go get a good exam and glasses. Filed a formal complaint, and they said report to better business bureau. We are spreading the word to all friends and family N telling them to spread the word.
