Complete Family Eyecare

I took my daughter there today for her very first eye exam ever. I did some research online and decided to take a chance here as I saw some great reviews. I had an absolutely stellar experience at this place. I couldn’t be more impressed with everyone and everything from the time I walked through the door, to the time I walked out of the door. The woman at the front desk who helped check me in was so amazing and sweet and very helpful. She Took the time and explained everything, insurance payments, how everything will go ect. Then the woman who took my daughter back for her testing in the room was so sweet as well. Very gentle with my daughter very patient Explained all the questions to her and the test, She made my daughter, feel it ease, even though she was extremely nervous. Then it came time for Dr. Christoph To come in and examine her he was also very patient with her and amazing. He was very thorough with his testing, Answered all of my questions. It turns out my daughter did need glasses so he eased her into heading out into the main room to check out the frames and look around and take your time and see if she found anything she liked. Finally, the man who assisted with measuring my daughter for her glasses and writing up my prescription was just as amazing as everyone else very nice very patient we took about a good 20 minutes to look around and try different glasses on. My daughter still did not totally decide on a pair of glasses that she wanted so we wanted to look around at another place to see if there was something she liked more. They did not make us feel obligated to buy glasses from them and go through them because they did our exam I was very pleased. Altogether, I am just blown away with the service I received today. I highly highly recommend them to everyone very polite very patient very respectful. I did not feel rushed at all. A lot of places they want you in and out. They did not do that to us. I am glad to now be a patient at their office. I just wanted to say thank you to the entire team for making our first experience there an amazing one and helping make this transition into new territory for us so much easier

It is incredibly rare to find a business that truly cares about their patients as people, rather than just clients, but this team does. From the very first phone call to book an appointment, the staff is lovely and friendly. When you walk through the front door, you are greeted by front desk staff who are always in a good mood, joyful, and welcoming. It is obvious that every employee in this building goes through a rigorous hiring process and receives thorough training, because everyone—from the techs to the opticians—is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and yet so personable. This is a well-rounded, esteemed business that my entire family now enjoys going to on a regular basis. They have managed to make going to the optometrist a truly joyful experience that my family actually chats and brags about! If you want top-tier eye care with a personal touch, this is the place.

I have been going to Complete Family Eyecare for years and I am always extremely satisfied. My Dr is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. The opticians are fantastic at helping find the perfect frames for me. A truly professional and caring team! Highly recommend.

I moved to this area 4 years ago and finding an optician to make my glasses has been a total misadventure. I have a ‘difficult’ prescription since I have a lot of prism in my lenses and not all labs can do that. On a recommendation, I tried this office and they were able to make me a pair of glasses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found them since getting new glasses was a big worry for me. For my gratitude practice today, I will be grateful for Complete Family Eyecare.

Dr. Christoph & his team are phenomenal. I am a mechanic and got some metal in my eye during the work day. Same day 2 hours before the office closed, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule and get the metal out and get me back on my way. On top of that everyone there was beyond understanding, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend giving them a ring if you’re a mechanic/blue collar worker in a pinch looking for some good eye care.
