Just called to schedule new patient appointments for my daughter and I. Hannah was extremely rude. Insisted that I don’t have vision insurance, even though my husband has previously used it, I pay for it every pay check and I’m staring at my screen at my vision insurance information. She had such an attitude, would not look further into it for me just insisted it’s not active. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. This is certainly no way to bring in more business for yourselves and you should probably coach Hannah on how to speak to people over the phone

If I could give zero stars I would. Left my mom sit and wait for an hour and twenty minutes to see the doctor. Once in the office doctor gave her 5 minutes to remove stitches and told her to call if she need anything. What in the world. No apologies for the wait. Just you look good. It's unacceptable. Do better.

I made an appointment, only for them to call and reschedule it. Two weeks after rescheduling, they called to ask me to reschedule again. I didn't even have a chance to *see* them, as I ended up canceling. I'll find an office that's more dependable.

Waited 30 minutes before being called back so that was a little long...but friendly check in, Jessica as a technician too. Then I was out in 60 minutes, so efficient all around. I thoroughly like Dr Malstrom and his friendly yet professional manner. Thoroughly recommend this office, after my second experience.

Front desk is borderline rude. Hands you a folder and says nothing. Had to ask am I to fill something out, review info is correct? The response no just hand it to the tech when you go back. Jessica was great. That’s the only positive. Doctors can be a bit assertive with pressure and could care less about your time. Waited 50 min for the doctor to come in. Tiana at checkout was very kind and thorough. May look for another practice.
