Optometrist Next To Stanton Optical

I recently visited Stanton Optical to purchase new glasses, and I had a great experience. The first person to greet us was Semi—please forgive me if I misspelled your name. Semi was welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. Tamarra assisted me throughout the process, and her customer service was exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Tamarra’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. She represents excellent customer care and would make a fantastic spokesperson for the company. Thank you both for making this such a pleasant experience!

The exam was fine, the equipment was relatively new and the store was larger and pretty nice. The person doing to exam did a nice job I thought. The low review is geared towards the lady that handles the insurance. She was super unaccommodating. For some reason they couldn't login into the insurance portal to verify my insurance, which is fine, system issues happens. It did throw me off when she said that they had a policy of making patient call the insurance companies to verify how much the co-pay was. Normally when a business has a system issue, they do the verification calls on their end to accommodate since they're the one's having the issue. She was also kind of rude about it. Definitely one of the worse office admins I dealt with.

I called before I came to pick up my contacts. The woman said to come on in and that they were ready. I drove to the location and entered and it took minutes for me to be greeted by the African American woman with the White coat and hair in a ponytail. Instead of assisting me, she said someone would be here in 5 mins to help me with my order. When the person who was supposed to be there in 5 minutes returned, she asked me if I was there to pick up my contacts. I said yes and gave her my name. She then said the other woman (the African American woman with the white coat who originally told me to wait for her) would assist me with further. So basically, the first woman could have assisted me by simply getting up and getting my contacts from the front counter and helping me to get the payment completed. The African American woman acted very lazy and like walking to the counter was a burden. This happened on Saturday, be mindful that some staff members seemed more disorganized and unprofessional on the weekend.

I still can not believe the total experience with Stanton Optical-Elk Grove, CA was well beyond 5 stars. Every stage from awareness of keyword search, 'eye glasses same day near me', to receiving my glasess 40min after arriving for my same day-early morning appointment. They are my only source of opitical care! I strongly recommend them.

Came in for my daughter's glasses because she broke her brand new one. Piero was so helpful and kind! My daughter loves her new glasses
