Asked on the phone if they were in network for Tricare and was told "yes". Upon arrival, I was told they do not accept tricare. I wasted my time, especially because they were running behind. There was also a bug the size of a soda can, dead in the corner. 0/10 would not recommend.

The store manager Ashleigh was amazing! She is super friendly and professional. She helped guide me through the processes even though I’ve been wearing glasses years. She still gave me knowledge , I was unaware. Prices are great and military friendly.

These people is all over the place. It seems like they pick and choose who they wanna work 1st. Received a text message saying my glasses was ready and they were not. 5 more people came thru after me and they were quickly gone but I was still standing there for about 40 minutes. Make sure you have more people on the floor to help. It is ridiculous.

10/10 experience at Stanton Optical! Ashleigh, the store manager, is amazing. She was super welcoming and guided me through the whole visit. I really appreciated her making sure I got my $25 discount. Quick, professional, and friendly service

Well, for starters, I am a young and single mother. I did not have a vehicle so I had to find a ride to the establishment, when arriving, I gave them my information. I proceeded to go inside of the room and it wasn’t disclose that there’s not even a real doctor there it’s all through Zoom… I know my prescription has a person that’s been wearing contacts and glasses since I’ve been 10 years old. I proceed to try to save time and let him know what’s up with my eyes. He kept talking over me didn’t let me speak. Would ask me one or two or three or four when all of the options are the same. I asked for something a little stronger I said can we proceed with this because you’re giving you a migraine when I know my power for my eyes and I need something stronger because my last prescription was -6.75 and he was just playing around with 1.2 I have astigmatism on both eyes so I was letting him know what’s up with me information, he wasn’t interested in letting me speak. He proceeded to say weights every few moments put himself on mute, then after being inside of the place for an hour, I was told that he is not going to sign up on my prescription because it was too strong and he doesn’t believe that he has something that can suit my eyes. Mind you assistance and optical, correct Mind there is people that have worse vision and I do not want to complain, but it’s given the fact I was told to my face after I already throw out my one pair of context that I had in my eyes were expired that they can’t help me and proceeded to let me walk out And I’m damn near am legally blind. I have two different prescriptions in both eyes. I was trying to go a cheaper alternative route that is under $200 and of course the route that I tried to take that’s what they offer people who are in need shitty service no prescription no help just I’m sorry. So do not take your children here and do not waste your time if you’re trying to save money because they will waste your time and just let you know that they’re either going half as your prescription or just not take the time to take care of you
