Optometrist Next To Target Optical

I haven’t been here in years and Jessica was absolutely top tier. Best customer service and product knowledge of anyone I have encountered in years. She was patient and helped me make the better decision for my prescription sunglasses. Side note DR. TRAN was great and kind.

went to Target Optical today, and the level of service I received from Jessica was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me. She patiently helped locate my insurance information, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She also helped set me up with a protection plan and made sure I understood all my options without ever making me feel pressured. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way Jessica does. Target Optical is fortunate to have someone like her representing their company. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized.
