Optometrist Next To Target Optical

I stopped in to inquire about the cost of tightening my sunglasses, as they keep falling off my face! The doctor was assisting a patient and promptly informed me that the fee would be "One million dollars." I told him in that case, I'd like to get two pairs of glasses tightened :) At that moment, a young lady approached the counter and said she'd be able to tighten my sunnies...free of charge, of course. Service was friendly, fast & professional in such a convenient location. Furthermore, I was able to peruse all the fancy offerings and will most likely return for an eye appointment in the near future.

The experience was good: calm and hospitable, with no waiting lines!!. My optometrist, Dr. Ouzonian, was very knowledgeable and helpful, not only giving me a correct prescription but also providing insight into areas to be aware of regarding my eye care. The only downside was that I had to pay more than I had anticipated for the lens I needed, even though I had insurance coverage.

Two weeks ago, I inadvertently slept on my glasses and badly damaged the frames. Store Manager Moses Chung at Target Optical on Empire Avenue in Burbank (where I purchased the eyeglasses several years ago) quickly and effectively repaired the frames -- and didn't charge me at all for the work he did on my behalf. Now, two weeks later, I was back because I lost one of the plastic nose pads off my glasses. Moses replaced both pads quickly – again at no cost. And I am, once again, impressed at how considerate Moses is with repairing my eyeglasses that I purchased there well over two years ago -- all at no additional cost to me. At this point, I just want to give Moses and Target Optical in Burbank some well-deserved praise and thanks.

I love Target Optical, Eido the Optical Team Member is fantastic and knowledgeable. He understood my concerns with my eye glasses and was able to assist me. He is definitely the best and I recommend him at Target Optical, who really care for you and your eye care.

I had a great experience at the optical department at Target. I was having an issue with my glasses and the two gentle gentleman there assisted me right away. They quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. They were very helpful, kind, and professional throughout the whole process.
