Great service and expertise. The Opticians are wonderful and attentive. I had issues with glasses from another Target Optical location and came to this location. They spent time and effort and adjusted the glasses so that they fit perfectly.

I just arrived at the store looking to buy contact lenses, and my experience was disappointing. At first, the employee immediately told me, “Sorry, we can’t help you, we only work with prescriptions from Target.” Once I explained that Target’s website clearly states they accept any valid prescription, he finally looked at mine—only to quickly say they didn’t have anything available for it. The whole interaction gave me the impression that they simply don’t want to do business with customers unless the prescription was originally done through them. It felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially when I came in ready to make a purchase.
