Optometrist Next To Target Optical

I was in Asheville for work and was in Target for another reason. I saw the Optical store and was hoping they could help me with an issue with my glasses. I couldn’t be happier. I spoke with Chrystal and she could not have been more helpful. From letting me leave my cart to go get my glasses from the car and then continue my shopping, she was super helpful and wonderful to interact with. She explained beforehand what would/might be needed to be done and what she recommended. Her level of customer service was fantastic. It’s great to be taken care of with such genuine service. We all got glasses for 3 of us and the lady was very helpful and friendly. I feel like they are nicer here than at lens crafter and they act like they want your business more. I appreciate the employees time and assistance here. She was great and we have a longer protection plan.

This is for the optical store only, not the eye dr there who I don’t recommend. Fantastic experience at the Target Optical store in Asheville, NC. The associate who helped us (Crystal or Krista) was incredibly helpful, patient, and answered all of our questions. Great selection and very good prices. Highly recommend!

The Target Optical in Asheville is the best! It has a great selection of name brand glasses frames at reasonable prices. The staff are all very helpful and friendly people. The store even had many frames in junior sizes that were really nice looking at reasonable prices - something us smaller frames adults really need. They made ordering simple and easy, plus they found me several discounts to make my price even more reasonable. Kudos to this store!!

I shopped at 5 other optical stores and Chrystal was more helpful and knowledgeable than all the other sales people combined. She’s a total pro and also the price was a little better.
