Dr. Lamb is incredibly professional! This is my second year having my eyes examined by her, and I continue to be impressed every time. Her office is always clean, organized, and well-run. Even though she stays busy and is often fully booked, I’ve never had to wait long, and I never feel rushed during my appointment. She takes her time and provides excellent care. I’ve been getting eye exams since I was a child, and now that I wear bifocals, finding the right prescription has been challenging. Dr. Lamb got it right immediately, which was such a relief. This was one of the best eye exams I’ve ever had, along with truly amazing patient service. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Lamb was amazing! First of all, she is much more affordable ($200 total) for self pay annual exam+contact fitting than anywhere else I could find in Asheville. She also had an available visit just one week after I called, whereas other places were booking 1-3 months out. And most importantly, Dr. Lamb got me an updated prescription that allows me to see perfectly. I have extreme nearsightedness (-12.0) so it's not easy to get me what I need, but Dr. Lamb did it (and fairly quickly). I highly recommend her.

This was my first visit to Target optical.Dr Lamb and Trish are incredible! Trish was kind and helpful and got everything set up and ready for my visit with Dr Lamb. I wear mono vision contacts. Dr Lamb was actually able to lower the power in one contact from my previous eye Dr and it is actually better than the higher power I was wearing. Thanks so much!

The dr. was nice and seemed competent . I had irritation in my left eye 15- 20minute after receiving my new contact prescription. I called for assistance and “Crystal” in the phone wanted to give me her anecdotal opinion of what I should do. I asked her just to please relay the message to the Dr…. I have been wearing contact lenses for 35 years. I know when something is not right. I believe something wasn’t correct in the actual exam and received my previous prescription at my request because the new contact didn’t fit correctly . I couldn’t see my computer screen clearly out of my left eye and It felt like my eye was being scratched as well. After receiving new lenses I had to go back in to ask for the prescription to be updated. At this time e the Dr. apologies and said they are just “busy “ sometimes. Now I feel my exam wasn’t done correctly and am requesting a refund and I will go somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Dr. Lamb is talented and was very attentive. Chrystal, who helped me select frames, was delightful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
