I needed rubber inserts for my sunglasses and Briana kindly helped me out. She took care of me right away and even though it wasn’t exactly what I had before for my glasses she was extremely helpful. Thank you so much Briana for your help you did an outstanding job!

Isabelle was amazing! My glasses lens had been popping out because I had sat on them a while back, causing the wire holding my lens to the frame to fall out, but she fixed it with so much patience, ease, and reliability. I’m very glad to have had such great service so close to home. She was even kind enough to replace my nose pads afterwards. Excellent service!

I had a great experience at Target Optical, and I especially want to shout out Bri for her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to show me a variety of frames and gave honest, knowledgeable input on which styles would suit my face best, which made the whole process a lot easier. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond. She even cleaned and tightened the glasses I came in with and replaced the nose pads without me even asking. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and definitely appreciated. Bri made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.
