The doctor is nice. But unfortunately did not provide the axis for my prescription for contacts. It has been a nightmare to get someone one the phone and my contacts provider has also tried reaching them for two weeks with no reply.
The Dr is very thorough and friendly. He answers all of your questions and is easy to get to know. We will be back.
Went to take my daughter to get a new prescription fkr her glasses. With my insurance the co pay should have been $10. It cost me almost $50 because of a test they did that I wasnt aware of and nkt sure it was even needed. The lady at the front couldn't explain to me. The doctor was fone but ill mever return and wouldnt recommend.
Monday I went to Amazing in Target because my insurance stated it was accepted for optical. When I entered it was a black gentleman assisting customers and a latina guy sitting at the desk to the right playing on his phone, I guess I interrupted his game because as I approached him I saw his face get distorted. I told him I would like to make an apt and what insurance I had and showed him my phone with my insurance card pulled up already thru my email. He looking at his phone as he is speaking to me no eye contact while blurting out "we have no apt available till Sat", I say cool, he takes my phone and I assumed to enter information, while he is doing this I started looking at glasses found a couple n told him my plan benefits he told me I was incorrect even tho I have had the same plan 38 years so to prove his point he print out something that was erroneous that I decided to leave. He handed me my phone back n when he handed it back my id card was no longer on the screen so I went to my email n found it n the trash, he must have thought I was stupid n would not know how to find the card after he deleted it I went straight across the street to America Best Optical got an apt the same day n had the glasses by Friday with all the bells n whistles that my plan covers that he said it did not. Blk folks I know Target reputation n dont value us but I thought this would be different n especially coming from another minority such as he.
