I was EXTREMELY pleased with Optical and their professional staff. After spending 22 years overseas in Asia with the military, I was so surprised and happy with the help I received. Not only did Optical interface through their network with my insurance carrier (it just took seconds), they helped me take advantage of all of my insurance carrier benefits without increasing costs. In fact, I paid about 50% less out of pocket than I expected. I WAS SO HAPPY! But did I mention the special concern, friendliness, and professionalism of Alix? She was so patient and made sure I was happy. Her smile was the icing on the cake too. Go to Optical. Find Alix. Don't be bashful and show her your military ID card if you have one. She will take care of you!

Alix was fantastic! Got me in and out quickly. So professional and kind. I had difficulty using my insurance elsewhere and no problem at all during my visit at target optical.

The sales rep Ms. Kadijah was very professional and engaging while assisting me in selecting my eyewear. She was fast and efficient when completing my order.
