Optometrist Next To Vision Center In Walmart

I have been getting my glasses through Walmart for years. Never had a problem today I went in for the eye exam. Everything went great as always the very nice people. Went into Walmart to Order my glasses. I asked for my same frames that actually cost half the price now then they did two years ago the lady that waited on me Miss Leanne was very nice. But she added things to my lenses that I told her I did not want and she added them anyway she changed my lens style without asking me. It made my glasses Cost 2 1/2 times would it normally cost me? She misrepresented everything that we discussed. They’re six of us and my family that bought our glasses there. We Will continue to use the eye doctor because those ladies are amazing. But We will never purchase glasses through Walmart again.

Tiffany, the optician, was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options clearly. She helped me pick out frames that fit my face perfectly and made sure my lenses were exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed, and she answered all my questions with care and confidence. Went in for my son’s first pair of glasses and Tiffany was wonderful! She was friendly and professional, really making the experience a positive one! Not to mention being detailed in giving us information so that we were able to make informed decisions to get the most for our money and exactly what our son needed.

Everytime I go to Walmart Vision the manager and the other employees or very kind as well as help. On the 1st of January all the employees called in but I am thankful the manager showed up and was very help.After breaking my frame and scratching the lens she made sure I had a frame to go to work until the new order came in and it didn't take no time at all to get the new order in. I really appreciate her showing up to work today after we was suppose to have bad weather she was the only person who took the time to show up today. I have a trip coming up and it's hard for me to see at night without my glasses 🕶️ so I am thankful my order will be in before my trip it will be a ruff week at work this week but it's okay I am so satisfied with Walmart Vision and Glasses they do a great job thanks Cedric Gambrell Sr
