Horrible service! They say they are open until 5pm but multiple times have come prior to 5pm (like today) and they already closed with employees inside…My time of arrival: 4:40pm.
The new first-come, first-served policy only works if the doctor is attentive and on time. I waited 2.5 hours before having to leave for another appointment. I can't spend half my day waiting to see the ophthalmologist. If patients are so plentiful that they can be herded and lined up for an appointment, then congratulations! RETURN TO A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SYSTEM!!!
I asked for my eyeglass prescription and they gave me a million excuses. They gave me 3/4 of a prescription. They also took a picture of my eye without my permission and without explaining that it cost $30. I don't recommend them. Here's the law regarding your prescriptions: they belong to you, and the optometrist is obligated to give them to you if you request them.
Terrible service. The doctor, who I believe is the owner, provides awful service. She's very arrogant and I had stopped going. I returned because it was closer, but the service is even worse. I absolutely do not recommend it. I was there for an hour and over 15 minutes, and at the end, I told her the service was terrible. She only confirmed it by not giving me a prescription after examining me.
