The doctor was very unprofessional and overly arrogant. She treated my son rudely, and he told me so when we got home. If he had told me in the office, she would have had to explain herself and I would have embarrassed her. I will make my next appointment with the other doctor because he is truly professional.

Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was unsatisfactory. I found her to be arrogant and impersonal during the consultation, which made communication difficult. Furthermore, I didn't receive clear instructions for the exam, which led to confusion. When I expressed my concern about the results, she was unwilling to repeat the procedure to ensure its accuracy. Finally, the glasses didn't turn out well, which was disappointing. I believe she could improve her patient care and attention to detail. I do not recommend her.
