Awesome staff and service! Finally I have found a facility where people show compassion and true care. They pay attention, explain and provide best in class care service. Dr. Kushan Shah is one of the best doctors I have. He treats with so much care & respect with 100% professionalism. 7 Stars!

This was my first time at any Optum location, but I had a great experience starting care with Dr. Patel. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, the check in process was quick, Dr. Patel took her time with me during the medical appointment, she explained all the studies she was requesting for me and she did not rush the appointment at all. Lastly, the best part is that they took care of my vaccines and blood work within minutes. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Shaina Patel to anyone.

Hello Everyone, My mother went here today 4/28 at 10:40am to see nurse practitioner Sarah Contreras. My mother had been waiting for months to be seen due to overwhelming pain, and after waiting over an hour was seen by NP Sarah Contreras, who immediately began to rush us. My mother had many questions and the NP rudely informed us she can only ask two. After explaining to her my mother’s issues she stated that had she stayed on track with her appointments ( she does, this woman doesn’t even know her nor her history) she wouldn’t have this many issues. She took a look at chart and A1C levels and stated if her number comes back at a 6.5 she automatically has diabetes and is irreversible, there is nothing she can do about it. The way she delivered this news to my mother was beyond disrespectful and disgraceful. Diabetes is a serious illness and she did not treat it as such, my mother was beyond distraught and the NP then left without following up on this. This woman needs to do better and learn bedside manners this was not an experience anyone worried for their health should have to go through. She was beyond disgraceful and rude, I advise everyone to please get another healthcare provider and stear clear of Sarah Contreras. This woman is a disgrace to the healthcare system and is actively apart of the problem, do better. Thank you very much for reading and take care.

I am 51 years old, and I've been going to this clinic since I was probably about 12 years old--almost 40 years. I've had at least three primary care physicians over those years, and I've seen numerous nurse practitioners, nurses, eye doctors, and clinicians over the years. I've always been reasonably happy with their care. However, what's prompted this review is my newest primary care physician, Dr. Arturo Santiago. I have never in my life been more happy by my PCP. He's genuine, down to earth, friendly, he listens thoughtfully, and he's very responsive. On one occasion, he personally called me after hours to give me the results of a test and to assure me that the results were nothing to be overly concerned about. When I had another request and messaged him through MyChart, he personally responded in about an hour with helpful information. Highly recommend!

Don't schedule your appointments with the NP. She will cancel the appointments and they won't let you see another provider that same day. Complete waste of pto.
