Last class, amazingly poor customer service and QA, noticeably worse this year (10+ yr customer): *Firsr, lenses delayed 3 weeks, for repeatedly FAILING the Quality Control. *Then at pickup, discover lenses were made Too Small for the frames that OPTYX themselves had sold me! That they had a record of and noted on lenses order! Now, another week delay for them to make lenses all over again. At these prices, I expect much better QC and customer servi e, After I come again to pick them up, again, I will be a FORMER Optyx customer, especially with multiple competitors closer to my home and work. Very Sad and Disappointing!
Michael is a STAR; I have been wearing glasses my entire life and never loved them like I do after working with him. He is patient and willing to take the time to play with lenses and frames until I am positive I love what I am getting. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went in with rimless glasses I needed to have fitted with my prescription. Met with the technician and manager Michael who was super helpful. Great experience and will definitely be back
