I can finally see!!! Needed new glasses for years and I finally got them and they look so beautiful! I love the help and assistance you get at this store. They really care to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Faye is amazing, you must go see her! They have the latest styles to make you look your best. The store was immaculately clean, they have a comfortable seating area and TV to keep you occupied as you wait to be seen, the scent in the store is amazing, you don’t have to stand at a counter while they go through asking questions and the point of sale because they have seating and they just all around make you feel very comfortable. OPTYX was a great choice where I would definitely go and get my glasses again, and so should you!

Only been to this location twice but I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking of stopping by. I go for eye exams which can’t usually leave you feeling like you’re wasting the doctor’s time. Not here. I was welcomed as if I was going to be buying thousands of dollars of eyewear. Staff is friendly, with that local NY straight-to-it approach that a transplant like me really appreciates. LOVE the new location, very updated look. All around great!

Optyx Focal is the only place I go for my contacts and glasses. Dr. Mann is outstanding. Her expertise in prescribing contact lens and glasses is unmatched. My Opthamalogist said she is a wizard at finding the right lenses. I would not trust anyone else. Fred is a wealth of knowledge and always helpful. The staff is friendly, accommodating and approachable. Great selection of frames and sunglasses. Orders are completed quickly and fitted precisely. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and travel nearly an hour to shop here. Totally worth it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience at this eyeglass store! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely comfortable. Faye, was so welcoming and helpful, and the receptionist Jody, greeted me warmly and got me scheduled on very short notice. Dr. Mann was fantastic — thorough, professional, and really made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. What I appreciated most was that they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase. I left feeling confident in my choices and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for eyeglasses — they truly go above and beyond!
