Orange Coast Eye Center

I've been a patient at OC Eye for 15+ years. Last month, I had my annual exam and purchased new glasses. Loved the glasses, but they didn't seem to give me the correction I needed. I called the office and they made me an appt to retest (no charge) and check my glasses. The RX was proven to be 100% correct. Next step was to see "Laurie" in the glasses dept. Laurie and the Dr worked with me on getting the fit just right! The office is top notch! Love them. Very professional, friendly, and respectful of the patient's time!

I have never met an employee of a doctors' clinic, that's outright RUDE, CONDESCENDING and just gave an attitude that she didn't cared about the patient. She gave us the possible RISKS of the cataract surgery using "the knife" that were all scary and made it sound these risks were bound to happen because it wasn't robotics or " laser". Very aggressive way of talking and when my husband asked if we can talk to Dr. Younger, she said NO, you don't get to talk with him!!!! And she was adamant we already canceled out twice with this surgery which was scheduled in November of 2023!!!! I told her we were already out of the United States , so how can we schedule that!!!! She said I don't know but it's in my book!!!! I said I don't know whom you talked to, but it wasn't my husband or me!!! If you reschedule again, we may not take you!!!!!! I told her we will NEVER go back to this clinic because OF YOU!!!!!! I'm posting this because I want the doctors of that Orange Coast branch are AWARE of how we, the patients, are being treated by their staff member!!!!

i have been going to dr younger for over five years for treatment for severe chronic eye issues. the parking is never a problem. the office is very clean and beautiful. the staff are always very friendly and helpful. they are terrific about making sure to get my prescriptions in right away and any messages i have left are returned that day. dr younger has been a life saver for me! he is always throughly explains what is going on with my eyes and what each medication i have to use does. he is great about getting me in right away when i have corneal abrasions. i’m so grateful to dr younger and his staff for helping me manage my eye issues. i highly recommend!

Dr. Younger and his staff are awesome! I had an object get into my eye causing a stye to form over the weekend. Called and they got me right in. Very clean rooms and professional staff. I recommend everyone to them.

My Cataract surgery was easy with all the professionals in charge. Dr Jared Younger was helpful, instructions easy, and the care at the clinic was exceptional!
