MEGAKUDOS!!!! Simply the best!!!!! From start to finish, this is absolutely the most wonderful eye care place I have ever been to, and that is really saying something. Their front desk people are friendly, efficient (I was greeted and seen right away with no waiting,) attentive, professional, and thorough and make it very easy to make an appointment and get checked in. I already felt appreciated even before I walked in the door! Tina, Tanya, Marissa, and Monica really know their stuff and they are all delightful. And I cannot say enough superlatives about the fabulous Dr. Carlisle, who is not only extremely professional, but also very personable and made me feel like he truly cares. He was able to help me with a dry eye and blocked duct situation that no previous optometrist cared enough to address. I received the most thorough eye exam I think I’ve ever had, and there was no sense whatsoever of there not being all the time in the world that I needed to receive the best of care. After my exam, it was a continuing delight to work with the fabulous Chris in choosing my new glasses. If only my insurance company was as awesome as Orbit! I will absolutely continue making this awesome eye care clinic my own and I highly recommend them to everyone. The only thing to be aware of is the maniacs tearing down Alameda as you pull into and out of Orbit’s parking lot… be careful out there!

My first visit to this doctor and I was extremely happy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I showed up an hour early for my appointment by mistake and they still took me in to do my screening so I would be ready when my appointment arrived and STILL took me in early for that as well. The doctor was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxing and calming. Definitely recommend!!
My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Carlisle yesterday. The office is clean and roomy We were greeted the moment we walked in and from there we couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Carlisle is kind and patient and thorough. Very happy that my daughter recommended Orbit and happy to recommend it to others. Five starts isn't enough in this day and age of mediocre care.
Yesterday I had an appointment with the doctor at this clinic on Alameda And I was so happy with he experienced. Overall, the staff is very friendly and very direct with good communication. And I enjoyed working with a doctor! I have already recommended them!
$122 for the exam WITH INSURANCE. That already seemed sketchy. Then they tried to get me to pay another $300 for my contacts. Again. That’s with insurance. What a joke. That $300 by the way? I’m rounding down. Costco had my contacts for literally a fraction of the price and my insurance covered the whole thing. Do the sensible thing and buy your glasses and contacts somewhere else.
