I love OEC! Everyone is super friendly. I love Dr. Puckett he is hands down the best MD I have ever seen, and I have been to many eye specialists in different states even from Mayo! Dr. Puckett is very knowledgeable and detailed with everything. He takes time with you explains everything and all your options. I never feel rushed or stressed at my appointments. His team is amazing, extremely thorough. I’m very blessed they come to Florence and I was able to finally find a great Eye Doctor.

Both receptionists were extremely rude. I stood in line for over 10 minutes and then 2 separate customers came in and we're greeted right away. I still was not acknowledged as another person came in and was greeted and seated at the desk. I then said, excuse me, I've been standing here for 17 minutes and was not greeted even though you both looked at me several times. They never asked me what I needed until then. I walked out and decided to see their other clinic in Eugene. Much better clinic and wayyy nicer staff.

Great service as usual. Dr, Hunter is such a caring doctor. Always professional. I see him every two to three months between appointments.

I have been a patient with OEC for 3 years now. They have always been patient and kind. Every time I have had an emergency they have gotten me right in and handled things with care.

Wait period was WAY too long!!! Over booking is not a good strategy!
