I was very excited to find an eye practice so close to home. However, I should have looked at their rating and reviews prior to using their services. My story: I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses 2 years and 4 months ago. This rating is in relation to the horror that are the sunglasses (draper james brand). Not only did I have to have the practice reattach the left arm numerous times since I've owned them, but the sunglass lenses' coating has shrunk on both lenses, front and back, and is also all wrinkled. The workers in the office of the practice didn't even pretend to care. They said that I likely left them in the car (I NEVER DID THAT, but I do live in Florida full time and the sun on my face is quite intense) or over cleaned them (I do clean them daily, surprise). I get the warranty is just 2 years, but this is a quality problem that, at the very least, should be of concern to the practice and addressed with the lab. As the customer. I am not to blame. The arrogant attitude of the women working in this office is insulting. I will not be giving any more time or money to this practice and suggest you think carefully about doing that yourself!
