I have mixed feelings. While the provider was good and very knowledgeable in their field, having to wait approximately 2 hours or more every time I see them is not acceptable. They expect patients to show up on time for appointments but there is no concern or an offer of apology if you have to sit in the lobby waiting for 2+ hours. My time is valuable too. This action does not reflect the HRO mandate/policy being put into place by the medical center.

Very friendly doctors,nurses,and staff. They saved my eye sight! I'm very impressed with the knowledge they have of eyes. I lost my sight at another eye center in Lancaster,Ohio. I'm glad I went to Ohio State. I also have Urologist see me ona regular schedule for kidney stones. I'm also happy with their services. Thank-you! Norman Franke.

Dr Maggy Casey was far beyound expectations. I’m age 85 and since age 20 I’ve had scores of visits with eye specialists. She surpasses all in any aspect. Superior knowledge, intelligence, and communication skills. Takes extensive time to assure herself that she understands the issues then thoroughly conveys the situation while avoiding medical jargon. She will set out to check background details on my long ago previous strabismus surgery. Wants me back in 6 months to set plan. Truly an amazing professional.

I was well taken care of. I had a freak accident and lost my left eye. Staff was great. Doctors were great. I saw Dr Orr A week later, I really liked him. I go back in three weeks and see what my prognosis is very caring atmosphere and my nurse on third shift was the best. It was a short stay

This was my first visit with a new eye doctor since the retirement of Dr. Castellano whom I loved. I had a lot of initial trepidation about having to find a new doctor, but I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Soulas and her staff. She and her assistant had excellent bedside manner and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though I was initially uneasy about switching, I’m so happy that my new eye doctor will be Dr. Soulas.
