The staff were incredibly kind and caring. They were willing to help look after my son while I couldn’t be there because I was accompanying my wife during her eye surgery. The facility is quiet and immaculate, and every staff member has an excellent attitude—they ensure you never feel anxious or frightened. As I am particularly sensitive to the cold, a nurse kindly brought me two extra sheets—which were still warm—to cover myself with; it was a truly heartwarming gesture. The surgical center employs nurses who speak both Chinese and English, and they are all highly knowledgeable, explaining the details of the procedure to you with great clarity. I highly recommend this surgical center! 👍
This a wonderful place for my father's eye surgery. Staff is very professional, but still warm and friendly. Everything was done in a time and orderly way. Everything was explained to us before and after surgery. We are very happy with our experience.

I recently had two cataract surgeries at this facility, and the experience was well above my expectations. My surgeon operates out of two locations: one in Queens and the other in Manhattan. Because I had heard that the Manhattan facility was often crowded, I chose the Queens Surgical Center, and it turned out to be a wise decision. The facility is clean and orderly, and the front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and patient. They even helped me arrange free car services after learning I live close to the center, even though I am not located in Queens. The nurses are professional and kind, which helped me feel relaxed during both operations—a big relief given how important these procedures are for my vision. I highly recommend this surgical center.
