Very nice experience. I went in today and they worked to resolve my daughters broken glasses. The young man today was very courteous, showed patience and a big help making sure her glasses fit right as well.

Update 1/29/26: They reached out and made right with an apology and contact lens extension. David was very pleasant to deal with and ensured customer satisfaction. _____________________________________ The optometrist that performed my exam was very detailed, caring, and professional. However, the assistant I spoke to up front didn't seem like they wanted to work there. When paying for my fitting and exam, I was severely overcharged. I had to call and get it corrected. And after placing an order for contacts, it went two weeks with no follow-up. It was only after I reached out did they let me know they were ready for pickup. I tried to support local businesses, but felt the customer service was really lacking and probably won't return to this store.

My Experience at This Office: I was originally told that, if I needed glasses, my insurance would cover the frames with only a $25 copay. I was confident I didn’t actually need glasses, as I can read most text without any issue. The only reason I agreed to get them was because the doctor mentioned they would help with very small print—specifically Bible-sized text—which I do read regularly. So I trusted their recommendation and proceeded. When it came time to check out, I was suddenly told the glasses would cost $98+, plus a $10 copay for the visit. When I reminded them that I was told I would only owe $25 for the glasses covered under my insurance allowance, they said the most they could do was remove the $10 visit copay, bringing the total to $88. However, when I checked my statement, they still charged me the full $98, going against what they told me. I try to support small, local businesses, but this experience felt misleading and money-driven. The pricing felt like a bait-and-switch, and I did not appreciate being told one thing and billed for another—especially after moving forward with glasses I wasn’t even convinced I fully needed. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

I took my husband then I referred my mother. They are very expensive to begin with. Secondly, I try to support the local businesses especially in this trivial times. My mother's experience with the Optometrist was not a very pleasant one. He was not at all friendly and made her feel very uncomfortable to the point of her wanting to leave and not complete the eye test. I will no longer support this local business reason being the lack of good customer experience and professionalism.

Very good experienced at this local business. Dr. Rosenstraus is a nice and professional doctor. He helped my 75 years old mom to check her eyes in very detail and always ask us any questions he can help. Highly recommended and support local business.
