Called 30 + minutes to get prescription but totally wasting the time by the AI answering machine jus not able to talk to real person and AI obviously not be able to help. So have to go there.
The new AI answering service is ridiculously stupid. It doesn't get that two people can have the same phone number. And I can't schedule with a specific doctor. Ugh...
We moved to Portland and had to switch optimitrists, sadly every time we've been here we've had to wait an exaggerated length of time... This time it was over 40 minutes!
