Have been Dr Remy Delplance for several years now, perhaps few years became citizen , 2004 and on going. He is one can be trusted with thorough vision tests refractions and prescriptions eyeglasses . He is very friendly makes patient comfortable too. He is my grandson vision dr too.

The doctor and the staff told me Kaiser would reimburse me for the glasses I ordered for my son, but Kaiser will not. You have to order from a Kaiser facility. While I probably should have checked independently, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to believe a doctor and his staff. I am out $350 I cannot afford. Don’t go here. It’s not worth it.

I took my wife there for vision issues (ended up being Diabetic Retinopathy), then after we got all that taken care of, again a year later for an eye exam and wanting to get glasses. We give the doctor 5 stars. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very nice. However, I give the ladies who work the desk there 2 stars. Here is why. We wanted to order the lenses with anti-reflective and transition lenses. They quoted a price that was supposed to include all that. We waited a few weeks for the glasses to come. The lenses are NOT transition. I called them and they told me transition never was added to the order. The only way to correct this is to pay another $100, and give them the glasses we had paid for (free and clear), and wait a couple weeks! That is absolutely unacceptable. Even if we went in, and found someone who remembers we wanted transition, I doubt it would help since it isn't in writing. I feel they should eat that cost, order us new lenses while my wife keeps her glasses, then swap lenses out for us when they come. We are disappointed, even though our previous experience at this office had been very positive.

Dr Delplanche and his office staff are awesome! I have been seeing him for several years and have been very happy with service I receive. The office manager (the Hispanic girl at the front desk) has always been very helpful, I had a problem with my insurance and she got on the phone and got it all taken care of. I would highly recommend this office.

As a family we've been seeing Dr. Remy for the last 12 years. Such a kind, polite, and knowledgeable optometrist. I take my senior parents and young children to see him. Always welcoming and getting an appointment is very easy.
